The Ripple printer is what separates an Ethos cart from a coffee vendor. Send us your logo, a monogram, a QR code or custom artwork, and we print it onto the top of every latte, cappuccino and matcha we pour. The cart lives in Philadelphia and goes out from there. We regularly serve the Main Line, Lancaster County, South Jersey and the Delaware Valley, and we travel to New York City and Baltimore for brand activations and multi-day conferences.

Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks before your event to ensure availability and allow time for any custom branding elements. For large corporate events or weddings, earlier is always better.
That said, we take booking requests up to 48 hours in advance.
What's included in the base rate?
The base rate covers 2 hours of service for up to 100 guests, a full espresso bar (hot and iced drinks), 2 milk options of your choice, and 3–5 homemade syrup flavors, and 2 non-coffee options. Branded add-ons are available at an additional cost.
Can you handle large corporate events or conferences?
Yes. For larger events, we scale service hours and staffing accordingly. Events over 100 will require additional hours of service and potentially more staff. For conferences & expos, we have day rate options depending on the level of need. Please contact us for more details on our large corporate event and conference options!
Do you offer branded experiences for corporate clients?
Absolutely. We love customizing our cart to your specific event or experience. Ethos offers a full suite of branded options — custom cart wraps in your brand colors, latte art printing with your company logo, and branded cups.
