Ethos is fully insured and can issue a certificate of insurance naming your venue or building management. Ask when you book and it goes out that week.

Yes. Custom cart signage, branded cup designs and your logo printed directly onto the latte foam are all add-ons. It turns the coffee line into the most photographed corner of the event.
Three to four weeks is comfortable. September through December fills fastest, so if your holiday party or Q4 client event has a date, lock it early.
