Brand Activations

The line at the coffee cart is the line at your brand

Ethos is a branded espresso bar built to stop traffic. Your logo on the cart, on the cup, and printed into the foam. People will wait for good coffee — and while they wait, they are standing in your space, holding your name.

Where a brand activation coffee cart earns its keep

A swag table gets a glance. An espresso bar gets ninety seconds of undivided attention, a conversation while the shot pulls, and a cup that walks around the room with your logo on it for the next hour.

Product launches & openings

Give people a reason to arrive early and stay late. The cart anchors the room and keeps the energy up through the speeches.

Trade shows & conferences

Every booth has a bowl of candy. One booth has a barista. Guess which one attendees remember on the flight home.

Retail pop-ups & showrooms

Free specialty coffee pulls people off the sidewalk and holds them inside long enough to actually look around.

Press & influencer events

A latte with your logo printed on it is a photo people post without being asked. That is the whole point.

Three places your brand shows up

Branding an Ethos cart is not a sticker on a cooler. Each layer is produced for your event.

Custom cart signage

Your artwork wraps the front of the cart, so the bar reads as yours from across the floor — and in every photo taken near it.

Branded cup design

Your logo, colors and message printed on the cup each guest carries away. The cheapest walking billboard at the event.

Latte art printing

Our Ripple printer prints your logo, a QR code or an event graphic directly onto the foam, in seconds, on every drink.

What comes with every activation

One flat rate covers the bar. Branding is added on top and quoted with your artwork.

Questions brand and event teams ask

How much lead time do you need for branding?

Three to four weeks is comfortable for a full wrap plus custom cups. Latte art printing needs far less — if your logo is a clean file, we can turn that around in days.

What artwork format should we send?

Vector files are ideal for the cart wrap and cups. For foam printing, a high-contrast logo on a transparent background reads best — fine gradients disappear in the milk.

How many people can you serve at a busy activation?

Around 100 in two hours at a normal pace. On a heavy trade show floor we recommend adding hours or running draft cold brew alongside espresso so the line never stalls.

Can you work a trade show load-in schedule?

Yes. Send us the exhibitor manual and we will work inside your assigned load-in window, badge requirements and union rules where they apply.

What does the cart need on site?

A standard outlet, roughly eight feet by four of floor, and a path to wheel it in. No plumbing or kitchen access required, which is why it works in lobbies and showrooms.

Can we collect leads at the cart?

Plenty of clients print a QR code directly onto the latte foam or the cup sleeve. It is the rare lead capture that people photograph before they scan it.
