The bar your guests find when they need a break from the other bar

A mobile espresso bar for Philadelphia area weddings. Real baristas pulling real shots at cocktail hour, at 10pm when the room needs a second wind, or over brunch the morning after — instead of a hotel urn going cold on a side table.

Four moments a wedding coffee cart earns its place

You are not adding coffee to the wedding. A wedding coffee cart gives people a moment to gather around — and most couples tell us it ends up being one of the most photographed corners of the night.

Cocktail hour

Something for the guests who do not drink, the grandparents, and anyone who drove two hours to be there. Nobody stands around empty-handed.

The 10pm reset

The dance floor thins out right around the third hour. An espresso bar brings it back and keeps your last hour full.

Morning-after brunch

Everyone is tired, everyone wants coffee, and the hotel lobby machine is not going to cut it. This is the easiest win of the weekend.

Bespoke Dessert Options

From Espresso Martinis to Afogato's, Ethos has several offerings to add something different that people love.

What comes with every wedding booking

One flat rate. No per-drink counting on your wedding day, and no surprise line on the final invoice.

Questions couples and planners ask

When in the day should we book the cart?

Cocktail hour and the last hour of the reception are the two strongest windows. If you can only pick one, take the late block — it is the moment the room needs the lift.

Can you put our monogram on the drinks?

Yes. Our Ripple printer prints your monogram, initials or wedding date directly onto the foam of every latte. Guests photograph it before they drink it, every time.

Will our venue let you in?

Almost always. We are fully insured and can issue a certificate of insurance naming your venue. Send us the venue name early and we will handle the paperwork directly with them.

Can you set up outdoors?

Yes, with a level surface, access to a standard outlet and cover from direct rain. Tell us the outdoor plan when you book and we will confirm what the site needs.

What about guests who do not drink coffee?

Matcha, chai, hot chocolate, tea, iced tea and lemonade are all on the bar at no extra cost. Kids and non-coffee guests are covered.

How far ahead do weddings book?

Six to twelve months for peak Saturdays in spring and fall. If you have a date in mind, ask early — holding it costs you nothing until you decide.
